Organizational law

Organizations differ from corporations and other forms of industrial organizations in that they have an ideal purpose. Rules for organizations are often not written laws. Laws for cooperatives were made as recently as in 2007. Other such organizations include different forms of housing cooperatives, housing associations, etc. Organizations may need legal assistance in the operation, in entering into agreements and in disputes, but also in the investigation and interpretation of the foundation, rules and regulations.
